I have ordered flowers from Immanuel Florist several times for different loved ones and for various reasons and I am always so happy with the result! They are always delivered without issues and the flowers are beautifully arranged and last a long time.
My daughter ordered a flower arrangement as belated bday gift which arrived today 9/18/2025. She regularly sends me flowers (even if no occasion) but this was my first time to get one from Immanuel Florist. My jaw dropped as soon as I saw it. I have never been happier to receive flowers. The arrangement was so lush. The flowers were huge. Took my breath away. I was most amazed that they used garden roses, so very pretty & charming with their ruffled petals. And with their high petal counts, they look like peonies. I could stare at them all day. And fragrant too, like peonies! So glad that there were more garden roses than hybrid tea ones. There were dahlias, lisianthus, amaranthus, snapdragons and a lot of hydrangeas. All in excellent quality. I am including photos and video so you can see for yourself. (edit: too bad I couldn't upload the video; the photos didn't fully capture the beauty of the arrangement) Amazing job, Immanuel Florist. You totally fulfilled my daughter's wish to make me incredibly happy.
ordered 4 bouquets for delivery to a venue that was hosting my wife's bridal shower. delivery was on time, and the arrangements were absolutely beautiful. everyone loved them. A+++ Work from immanuel florist, will order again
BEWARE of ordering flowers from this shop. One star is too much for this shop. I placed an order from something advertised on their site, and specifically told them I did NOT want the arrangement to include roses, and discussed with them the flowers I wanted. The arrangement they sent looked NOTHING like what I ordered, and contained mostly roses, which were all SPENT. When I called the store to speak with the manager/owner, her response to me was, and I quote, "if you could do better, why didn't you make it yourself?". WORST experience with a florist ever! Before ordering, read all the reviews, even the negative ones. They're true!!!
Heather did the flowers for my wedding and they were perfection! I gave her my inspo and let her do her thing. I am so happy with how everything turned out. The flowers lasted all night and some pieces were still in great condition 2 week later. She did exactly what I wanted and was able to deliver to multiple locations in time.
Had such an awful experience with this florist over the weekend. I ordered a few centrepiece options for my bridal shower bI selected an option they offered on their website a few weeks ago in which they confirmed they could do. The morning of, we went to go pick it up at the agreed time and they weren’t ready. To make it worse, they didn’t even start it. My event was an hour away from starting. After telling me we would need to wait an additional 45 mins, they called me to tell me they couldn’t do the centrepiece I wanted as they didn’t have the flowers we agreed on. This was now half a hour before my event was starting. I am extremely disappointed with the service. They charged me full amount as the original arrangement when it didn’t even have any of the flowers I wanted it in. I specifically said no hydrangeas and they were full of it. I am so disappointed and can’t believe I got charged the full amount for these arrangements. Will never use this florist again.
