Our dog Winnie, and our family, greatly appreciate PGP. Winnie comes home exhausted, she gets fabulous socialization with other dogs. The team at PGP are all wonderful people which is important as we are entrusting our family pet with them, they Sincerly seem to care about Winnie.
My dog Oakley’s howls go ultrasonic when we turn into PGP’s driveway. Literally dives out the door, dragging me behind him, in his haste to go greet the always friendly staff who quickly come out the door to take him in. His pure joy as he races through their door to go meetup with his new friends is proof he’s happy to be there. The pictures and frequent video clips are perfect to see how they spend their day in the great outdoors just being dogs, and having a blast. The captions in the videos are very entertaining! Such a great place!
Pets Get Physical is the best daycare/boarding facility!!!! The staff is amazing and really care about our fur babies. Our dog cannot wait to get out and spend the day there!

Pets get physical is a great place for your dog. We recently started taking our fur baby Rex and he comes home content and exhausted! He is so excited to go. The staff is friendly and always ready for pick ups and drop offs. So far so good!
I would like to share my experience with Pets Get Physical, as I believe it’s important for others to be informed before trusting their pets to this facility. Over the years, I became increasingly concerned with the level of care provided to my dog. On multiple occasions, he was sent home with cuts and injuries, which were never sufficiently addressed. Despite raising these issues, I never felt confident that the staff was adequately monitoring or responding to my dog's needs. There was a particularly troubling incident when my dog growled during his visit. Instead of handling the situation professionally, I was informed that they were "uncomfortable" with him and could no longer care for him. After years of bringing him there, I was disappointed to receive a generic email from the owner, Keri Lyn, explaining their decision, rather than a personal conversation or explanation. In addition, I had a concerning experience when attempting to board my dog for a vacation. We were only 10 minutes late for the drop-off, but they nearly refused our reservation, which added unnecessary stress to our travel plans. I was also disheartened to observe the lack of leadership and experience at the facility. The owners were rarely present, and I consistently noticed that the staff seemed young, inexperienced, and overwhelmed by the volume of work. Many employees voiced concerns about being understaffed, which impacted the level of attention and care my dog received. Finally, after taking my dog to other daycares, it became apparent that Pets Get Physical never truly paid attention to his specific needs. While they assured us that he was fine, other trainers expressed concern about his lack of socialization with other dogs. It was clear that they relied on an e-collar as a quick fix rather than addressing the root of the issue. Given these experiences, I can no longer recommend Pets Get Physical. The lack of professional oversight, insufficient staff, and poor communication ultimately led to a loss of trust in their ability to provide quality care. I would strongly advise pet owners to consider other options for their pets' well-being.
Great doggy day care and boarding facility! Lots of space to run free...positive reinforcement, excellent supervision. No kennels, but open pens with cots for dogs to sleep in.
